Cancellation conditions can differ by package component, hotel, ferry operator, activity provider and travel date. The conditions applicable to your confirmed booking are supplied before payment.
Where a supplier has already charged a non-refundable amount, that component may not be recoverable. Refund processing time can also depend on the supplier and payment method involved.
