Use the day-by-day plan to understand where you stay and how the islands connect. Ferry timings and weather-sensitive activities are reconfirmed before travel.
Group arrival
Meet the group vehicles at the airport and transfer together to the Port Blair hotel for room allocation and check-in. Keep the arrival programme light so luggage, room distribution and any late-arriving members can be handled without rushing.
Group ferry to Havelock
Move the group to the ferry terminal with a larger reporting buffer, complete boarding together and sail to Havelock. After the resort transfer and room allocation, visit Radhanagar Beach later in the day.
Havelock group day
Use the day for group sightseeing, a beach programme or a pre-arranged activity that can accommodate the group size. Reporting times and vehicle/ferry movements should be kept together so the group does not split unnecessarily.
Havelock to Neil
Check out as a group and transfer to the jetty for the sailing to Shaheed Dweep. After hotel check-in, use the remaining daylight for a simple island sightseeing plan that keeps the group together.
Neil to Port Blair
Complete the agreed morning sightseeing, then report together for the ferry back to Port Blair. Group vehicles meet the ferry arrival for the hotel transfer and luggage movement.
Port Blair sightseeing
Use the full Port Blair day for the group’s confirmed city or harbour programme, with practical reporting times for any boat excursion. Keep meal breaks and vehicle movements together so the day remains manageable for a larger group.
Departure
Check out, load luggage by vehicle and transfer the group to the airport with enough time for airline reporting and group check-in formalities.
